'Fee Cap' Guarantee
Section 347 of the Legal Profession Act 2007 (Qld) requires that no legal representative may charge more than 50% of the net settlement or judgment (that means after refunds and disbursements) for a Personal Injury matter. Some firms present this as a guarantee of their own, but this is set in legislation.
We will NEVER charge you more than 30% of your total Net Settlement/Judgment in professional fees. If you are enquiring about options in any personal or work injury matter, ask the others if they will do that!
